Shipping policy

  1. Price, Payment Terms and Product Shipping
    1. The full price of VisionAnchor S product is EUR 999.00, incl. 22% value added tax.
    2. The Buyer undertakes to pay the total product price when submitting an EUR 49.00 reservation. If a discount code is available and applied, the price of the product is reduced by the amount or percentage of the valid discount code provided by the Seller.
    3. The Buyer shall perform the payment via the Seller's Website or a Universal Payment Order (UPN) at the Seller's transaction account. Payment must be provided in the EUR currency. Any buyer, who performs payment in a currency other than EUR (hereinafter: the Foreign Currency) shall undertake any costs incurred for the Seller arising from the conversion from the foreign currency to EUR and any other costs of the Seller, arising from conducting business with a foreign currency.

Buyer undertakes to perform payment via Universal Payment Order (UPN) within 8 (eight) days upon submitting the order, otherwise the product presale contract shall be considered terminated as pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions.

    1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the shipping costs in addition to the product price. If the product shipping costs undertake change from the day of order submission to the shipping day, the Buyer is obligated to pay the difference in the shipping costs.
    2. Product price payment with addition to the shipping costs and any potential costs arising from the Sentence 2 of Point 3.3 of these General Terms and Conditions is the condition for product shipping.
    3. Any potential other costs or fees, arising from the product in the Buyer's country, are not included in the price and shall not encumber the Seller. 
    4. Product is sold in presale and it is not available on the day of conclusion of the contract. Pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions the Seller undertakes to manufacture the product by 30 August at the latest and ship the product to the Buyer (according to the definitions from Point 1.5 and 3.5 of these General Terms and Conditions) by 30 September 2023 at the latest.
    5. Buyer is obligated to inspect and review the content of the package with the product prior to accepting it in the presence of the courier.
    6. Seller is not responsible for any delays by the delivery service or damaged packaging.


  1. Right of Buyer to Resign from the Contract Prior to Product Shipment
    1. The Buyer has the right to resignation from contract regardless of the reason and without any explanation until the day the Seller provides a notification to the Buyer’s e-mail address the product has been shipped to the Buyer. Buyer shall resign from the contract with a statement, which clearly states the Buyer resigns the contract and forwards it to the Seller’s e-mail address.
    2. In case of contract resignation the Seller shall immediately or in 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the statement on resignation from the Buyer reimburse the Buyer all payments, except the costs defined in Point 3.3 and 4.5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    3. Buyer does not have any right to interest or other compensation regarding to the reimbursed payments. 
    4. Seller shall reimburse the Buyers of all received payments with the same payment method and in the same manner (credit card payment, UPN payment) as used by the Buyer.
    5. If the Seller is reimbursing the received payments to the transaction account of the Buyer, which is not part of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), the Seller has the right to decrease the returned amount by the amount of potential costs arising from a transaction, which does not represent a SEPA payment.


  1. Right of Buyer to Resign from the Contract After Receiving Product
    1. The provisions from Point 5 of these General Terms and Conditions shall apply solely to consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) (hereinafter: Buyer Consumer). Buyer Consumer has the right to resign from the Contract under the same rules as defined in Point 5, including the time period from shipping to receiving the product.
    2. Buyer, who is not considered a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter: ZVPot) cannot resign from the Contract after the product is shipped, in the manner as determined by the following Point of these General Terms and Conditions. Buyer, who is not considered a consumer under the (ZVPot), can resign from the Contract after the shipping of the product solely in a manner, under the conditions and according to the procedure, as defined in the Obligations Act. 
    3. Regardless of the reason and without stating a reason the Buyer Consumer has the right to resign from the Contract within 14 days upon receiving the product. Buyer Consumer shall resign from the contract with a statement, which clearly states the Buyer resigns the contract and forwards it to the Seller’s e-mail address.
    4. In case of previous Point the Buyer Consumer undertakes to return the Seller the product within 14 days from resignation from contract. Buyer Consumer shall not use the product from the day of resignation.
    5. In case of contract resignation the Seller shall immediately or in 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the statement on resignation reimburse the Buyer Consumer all payments, except the costs defined in Point 3.3, 3.4 and 5.8 of the General Terms and Conditions.
    6. Buyer Consumer shall cover the costs of sending the product return. Seller has the right to decline shipments with payment or any shipments, which do not meet the Seller’s General Terms and Conditions.
    7. Seller shall reimburse the Buyer Consumer of all received payments with the same payment method and in the same manner (credit card payment, UPN payment) as used by the Buyer Consumer.
    8. If the Seller is reimbursing the received payments to the transaction account of the Buyer Consumer, which is not part of the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), the Seller has the right to decrease the returned amount by the amount of potential costs arising from a transaction, which does not represent a SEPA payment.
    9. Regardless of the Point 5.5 of these General Terms and Conditions the Seller has the right to hold the return of received payments to the Buyer Consumer until they receive the returned product.
    10. Buyer Consumer does not have any right to interest or other compensation regarding to the reimbursed payments. 
    11. The Buyer Consumer is responsible for reduction of the product value, if the reduction of is a consequence of treatment, which is not necessary for finding out the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Returned product shall be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. If Buyer Consumer returns the product:
  • without original packaging or 
  • with damaged packaging or
  • if the product has clear signs of use, which indicates it was used for a longer period of time than necessary to test its characteristics, 

the Seller has the right to charge compensation as assessed with the minutes upon product return
